Terms and Conditions ("Terms")

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the petraphysioclinic.com website (“Service”).
By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service.

Cancellation Policy

We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice or do not attend your appointment, a £50 fee will apply. If you have already paid a deposit, this will be retained instead of the fee.
For clients using private medical insurance, the £50 charge is payable directly by you.
Private Medical Insurance Claims

We are able to invoice certain insurers directly for your treatment at no additional cost to you. Please note, however, that you remain responsible for all treatment fees. If your insurer does not settle the invoice in full within 60 days, the outstanding balance will automatically become your responsibility.
Card details
​
We securely store card details for all patients through Opayo, which is fully PCI DSS compliant. This ensures that your payment information is handled in line with the highest security standards set by the PCI Council. If you are self-funding, your card will be automatically charged after each appointment. If you are using private medical insurance, your card details will be stored securely and may be used in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Course Purchases
​
All treatment course purchases are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Courses are transferable and can be shared with another client.
Purchases
If you choose to buy any product or service through our Service (“Purchase”), you may be required to provide certain information relevant to your order. This may include your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping details.
Accounts
When creating an account with us, you must ensure that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false, incomplete, or outdated information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspensio
