Terms and Conditions ("Terms")

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the petraphysioclinic.com website (“Service”).

By accessing or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone else who accesses or uses the Service. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Service. We may amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Please check this page regularly. Your continued use of the Website signifies your acceptance of any changes.

Cancellation Policy

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total service cost is required at the time of booking. This deposit confirms your appointment and helps us allocate clinical resources appropriately.

If you cancel your appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time:

The 20% deposit will be retained by the clinic
The remaining 80% of the amount paid will be refunded

Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method.

If you cancel your appointment on the same day, or do not attend without prior notice:

No refund will be issued
The full amount paid will be retained

This policy is necessary as same-day cancellations prevent us from offering the appointment to another patient.

For clients using private medical insurance, the £30 charge is payable directly by you.

All cancellations must be communicated as soon as possible via email or phone during business hours. We recommend requesting confirmation to ensure your cancellation has been successfully processed.

Private Medical Insurance Claims

We are able to invoice certain insurers directly for your treatment at no additional cost to you. Please note, however, that you remain responsible for all treatment fees. If your insurer does not settle the invoice in full within 60 days, the outstanding balance will automatically become your responsibility.

Card details

We securely store card details for all patients through Opayo, which is fully PCI DSS compliant. This ensures that your payment information is handled in line with the highest security standards set by the PCI Council. If you are self-funding, your card will be automatically charged after each appointment. If you are using private medical insurance, your card details will be stored securely and may be used in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Package Purchases

All treatment package purchases are non-refundable and valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Courses are transferable and can be shared with another client.

Purchases

If you choose to buy any product or service through our Service (“Purchase”), you may be required to provide certain information relevant to your order. This may include your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and shipping details.

Accounts

When creating an account with us, you must ensure that all information you provide is accurate, complete, and kept up to date. Providing false, incomplete, or outdated information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in the immediate suspension.

Exclusion of Liability

Petra Physio Clinic shall not be liable for any loss or damage including, without limitation, indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss of data, profits, revenue, goodwill or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the use of this Website.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Viruses & misuse

We do not guarantee that this Website will be secure or free from bugs or viruses.

You are responsible for configuring your devices and using virus protection software.

You must not misuse this Website by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, or other malicious material.
